The Mad Batter Tea Room & Cafe

I decided to have a tea party with the family. We chose this Tea Room after looking for a place that had some whimsical charm. We made reservations and off we went. You want to make sure to call and ask if they can accommodate. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was great. The music was calming. We had a full spread and tried three different types of tea. We had a Peach Tea, Apple Caramel Tea, and an Apple Spice Tea. They were all really good. The bite sized snacks were perfect and we had plenty of time to talk and have fun. We brought along some fun hats and were prepared to show off our etiquette. Overall, we had a great time. I was surprised to hear that they did baby showers, bachelorette tea parties, and birthday parties. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun tea room. I would definitely visit again.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was wonderful! The decor is lovely and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The food choices were plentiful. The teenagers shared a bunch of apps and liked them all. The tea towers had more food than we could finish! The clotted cream and jam along with the scone-out of this world delicious. The appetizer was so good but filled us up and that’s why we couldn’t finish the tea towers! The service was incredible. We were short one pot of tea but they corrected that right away. The waitress was attentive and also gave great insight into the best photo ops! And took the pics for us too! Overall would recommend for a wonderful experience! Definitely check this place out!

My niece had her bridal shower today 7/12/25. The place was like a home feeling such a beautiful place, I enjoyed myself they make you feel so comfortable you don’t want to leave. The staff just beautiful they’re not all in the way they definitely give you space to just relax enjoy your family. The food is just right for a tea party everything was fresh, my favorite sandwich was the tuna & spicy mayo with roast beef, the tray was beautifully put together. I have nothing negative to say please book with them you definitely won’t be disappointed.

My sister and I loved our experience at the Mad Batter Tea Shop!! The owner Dehlia was such a sweetheart, she was such a big help explaining everything when we got there. The food was absolutely delicious!! We ordered 2 tiered trays that were packed full of baked goods, sandwiches, fruit and salad all which was delicious! And a pot of tea each. This little shop has such a great relaxing atmosphere and lovely decor!! We will definitely be going back soon!!

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea/lunch here for our best friend’s birthday. The decor was wonderfully whimsical, the food was outstanding and our server- Marja was perfect in every way! Highly recommend!

We went to the mad batter tea house with my out of state family on 11/16/24. We had a great time and everyone enjoyed the food and how nicely decorated it was inside. My family and I were so impressed and would highly recommend anyone who enjoys tea to come here. The staff was so nice and very attentive. We all ordered the tiered sandwiches and it came with so much food The sandwiches were a large size, well worth the price. Very happy we decided to come here

Recently had my sister's Bridal Shower here. It was beautiful and everyone loved the tea house. Customer Service was lovely from the time we arrived for set up. The servers were very attentive to help us, service for the bridal shower was great. The food is great for high Tea, everything tasted fresh. Delicious scones that are paired with clotted cream and jelly! YUM! The desserts were delicious! It’s an little enchanted tea room. I would highly recommend the Mad Batter for your events.

Had my bridal shower here. Everyone had a blast, the food was great the staff friendly. Everyone got their own tower of sandwiches, scones and assorted desserts. Will definitely go back.
